Background
To approximately convert from LSD to shrooms: LSD dosage in micrograms * 0.024 = shrooms dosage in grams.1 2
e.g. 100 micrograms of LSD * 0.024 = 2.4 (grams of dried shrooms)
This uses 6.25mg of psilocybin per gram of dried mushrooms1 and 1.5 micrograms of LSD being roughly equivalent to 225 micrograms of psilocybin.2
This is a rough approximation for many reasons, including that mushroom potency can be quite varied.
Please also note that it is highly possible that the dosage of LSD you are used to isn’t accurate. e.g. You may be used to taking 4 tabs and think that they are 100 ug per tab, while they are actually 50 ug per tab, and so then the calculator would give you a shrooms dosage that is 2x higher than it should be. Please account for this in your conversions.
